Courage to Lead for Clergy and Spiritual Leaders

This introductory Circle of Trust retreat has been designed to provide clergy, spiritual directors, & other leaders serving diverse religious communities an opportunity for personal and professional renewal, time away from the routines and demands of daily life, and sometimes unrelenting needs of the communities we serve, in order to nourish one’s spirit and spiritual grounding. Guided by skilled facilitators trained by the Center for Courage and Renewal, this group of 20-25 will gather to share inner journeys via personal storytelling, poetry and teaching taken from various wisdom traditions; participants will be invited to speak honestly about their lives and work, to listen and respond to each other—and to themselves—with encouragement and compassion.
