Driven by an unabashed passion for education and personal development, Deli Moussavi-Bock has 14 years of experience in business, program and professional development strategy, design and delivery for schools and educational organizations. She has worked deeply and globally with district and school leaders, teachers, staff, parents and students and entire school communities, collaborating with them to transform their communication, relationships, cultures, and results for students.
Deli spent 13 years with a global training and development organization that she helped launch. In 2003, she co-created and led a division of an organization dedicated to K-12 schools and Higher Education. She also served as Director of Training for the Schools Division and Master Facilitator organization-wide. Raised in a multi-cultural immigrant family of educators, she is driven by the collective power of authenticity, diversity, community and connection in service to help build a better world.
Deli also served as a Program Director to launch Leading Together, the Center for Courage & Renewal’s leadership program for K-12 schools, which aims to improve professional capacity, relational trust, collaboration, quality of instruction, and ultimately student outcomes.
