The truth of our lives reminds us daily that we are in perpetual transition: in life, in work, and in relationships.  Transitions are often powerful and altering experiences. We often recognize what it means for our life to walk through a transition as we explore the changes in our personal or professional lives.

We may have also encountered the closing door of an unwelcome change, be it vocationally or relationally. The invitations of a new transition can open our heart and mind to something beyond our initial understanding, it can also mean leaving something of significance behind.

This retreat, set in the Winter season which seeks to prepare us for the new growth of Spring, is designed to provide opportunities to explore again the impactful influences at the core of what calls each of us to meaningful life & work.  This retreat is designed to help participants reconnect Role & Soul.

The retreat will offer a reflective space in the context of a
supportive community to engage questions of importance and deepen your understanding of the relationship between who you are and what you do.
