Courage To Lead for Educators is a program for school leaders and administrators (principals, deans, department heads, teacher leaders, etc.). The aim of the program is to help school leaders sustain and renew their passion, enthusiasm and commitment to school leadership and to the communities they serve.
This program takes various forms: one-day and three-day retreats; seasonal retreat series; semester-long dinner meeting series; regional and national summer institutes; and Leading Together, a pilot study.
Courage to Lead for Educators will help you:
- Develop new networks of support with other school leaders, counteracting the prevailing culture of overwork and isolation.
- Revitalize your leadership, which invites untapped potentials, passions, and talents of your faculty and students.
- Increase your capacity to cultivate the kind of trustworthy relationships required to create a positive school culture in which teachers and students flourish.
